Ghada Zakaria PCC-CPCC-GCSC-ORSC

Ghada Zakaria has over ten years of experience as a professional coach. Ghada Zakaria currently works as a Leadership Coach at AIIR Consulting, where they empower individuals to reach their full potential. Prior to this, they served as a Leadership Empowerment Coach at To Aim Hi and as an Independent Executive Coach at Inspirational Development Group. Ghada is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Ghada Zakaria has completed extensive training, including 100 hours of relationship systems coach training with CRR Global and the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) program at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). In addition, Ghada has mentored new participants in the CTI Leadership Program and is a skilled executive leadership coach. Ghada Zakaria has worked with entrepreneurs, top-level executives, and university students to help them maximize their performance and achieve their goals. Ghada has also served as a Leadership Coach and Mentor for the Ajman Leadership Program and was an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF. Ghada Zakaria is an active member and participant in ICF Global events. Ghada is dedicated to promoting personal growth, development, and transformation through coaching and has a strong passion for empowering individuals and systems.

Ghada Zakaria has a diverse education history. Ghada Zakaria started their academic journey at the International School of Choueifat, where they completed their high school education and earned a High School/IB degree in Arts between the years 1978 and 1984. Following this, Ghada attended Wagner College in 1985 and then transferred to Pace University in 1986. Ghada Zakaria obtained a Bachelor of Art degree in French/Spanish from Pace University, completing their studies in 1989.

Ghada's pursuit of knowledge continued as they enrolled in various coaching and leadership programs. From 2008 to 2011, they attended The Coaches Training Institute, where they earned the CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) and Graduate Leadership Program degrees. This program focused on Professional Coaching and Leadership based on the Co-Active Model. Ghada Zakaria further honed their coaching skills by completing the Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) training at the Centre for Right Relationship in 2010.

In 2016, Ghada became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach (GCSC) after completing the Gallup Strengths Finder program. This program specialized in the strengths finder assessment and coaching techniques. The same year, they also attended the Presencing Institute and completed the Presencing Foundation Program, focusing on the U Theory.

In terms of additional certifications, Ghada obtained a Family & Systems Constellation modality certification from the Illuminations Well-being Center Dubai in November 2019. Additionally, they completed the Presencing Foundation Program (PFP) offered by the Presencing Institute in July 2017.
