Lcs Stephanie Benesh

Stephanie Benesh, LCS, has an extensive work experience in talent development and team-building programs. Stephanie is currently serving as the Managing Director & Practice Leader of Talent Development at Felix Global since 2022. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as an Authorized Partner and Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team from 2015 onwards. Stephanie also held the position of an Authorized Partner and Certified Facilitator at Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand from 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Practice Leader of Talent Effectiveness at Novo Group, Inc. and as a Director and Client Services Manager at Xcellero Leadership. Stephanie's work experience also includes serving as a Chiropractic Assistant at Schulte Family Chiropractic.

Stephanie Benesh, LCS has a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Development from Eckerd College. Stephanie also attended Grace and Oak Park River Forest HS, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for these institutions.
