Sharon Rosenthal

Sharon Rosenthal is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources strategy and management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Felix since July 2025, Rosenthal previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Envestnet, Inc., where leadership was provided for a diverse workforce exceeding 3,000 employees across the United States from May 2013 to April 2025. Prior roles include VP, HR Business Partner at Aviva plc, managing HR for North American Finance, Actuary and Risk with oversight of 500 employees, and VP HR Business Partner at CNA Insurance. Additionally, Rosenthal served as VP, HR Advisor for Leadership and Talent Management at Merrill Lynch, supporting multiple business units across the US and UK. Educational credentials include a BA in Art History, Criticism and Conservation from UC San Diego.
