Trine-Marie Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Trine-Marie began their career as a Trainee/Consultant at Intentia from 2001 to 2004. Following this, they joined Norske Skog and held various positions including Business Controller, Business Advisor Europe, Finance Manager, and VP Business Performance Management from 2004 to 2011. Trine-Marie then worked as the Finance Director/Økonomidirektør at Norske Skog Saugbrugs AS for a brief period in 2011. Between 2012 and 2014, Trine-Marie served as the CFO of Mentor Medier AS. Trine-Marie subsequently held the role of CFO at Ekornes ASA from 2015 to 2019. Most recently, they joined Felleskjøpet Agri in 2019 as the Group CFO. Trine-Marie also currently holds a position as a Board Member with Norske Skog ASA.
Trine-Marie Hagen attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Siviløkonom with a focus on Economics, strategy, and management. Prior to that, they completed a Grunnfag in Law (Jus) at the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, Trine-Marie Hagen also participated in the Female Future program, although the exact duration and field of study are unknown.
