Mauricio Idarraga

Mauricio Idarraga is the current Head of Growth at Fellow.app. Prior to this, they were a Marketing Consultant at VIVIC from August 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they provided guidance and direct support in mandates for funnel strategy and implementation, media buying, community engagement and online course development. From May 2015 to July 2017, Mauricio was the VP Operations at Mate1.com. In this role, they had overall responsibility for leading the tactical and operational side of the organization, developing people, growing profitability and driving operational effectiveness and excellence. Groups reporting included product management, business intelligence, technical project management and customer support. Mauricio also supported the CEO and President with finance, accounting, budgeting, legal reviews and internal communication. Prior to Mate1.com, Mauricio was the Business Intelligence Manager at Globe Electric from September 2014 to May 2015. Before Globe Electric, Mauricio was the Co-Founder of Instagrad - Fundraising Platform for College Savings from August 2012 to August 2014. Mauricio's first role out of college was as a Senior Associate in the Asset Management – Aerospace Portfolio at Export Development Canada | Exportation et développement Canada - EDC from February 2009 to July 2012.

Mauricio Idarraga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from Concordia University. Mauricio also has a certification from Manager Tools in Effective Manager Training.

They are on a team with Joe Fleming - Director, Sales, Cory Michalyshyn - CFO, and Jennie Sanford - Head of Human Resources. Mauricio Idarraga reports to Aydin Y Mirzaee, CEO & Co-Founder.
