Julia Forsström

Julia Forsström is an experienced D365 Consultant at Fellowmind, having transitioned from an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist at Hubit Oy, where responsibilities included independent customer onboarding and active participation in development projects using HubSpot CRM. Julia's career spans various customer success roles, beginning as a Customer Success Trainee at OP Financial Group, where skills in customer service and sales were honed. Julia has a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in International Strategy and Growth from the Turku School of Economics and a Master's in Digital Fashion Communication from USI. Julia also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the same institution, alongside a High School Diploma.
