Candra Wooten, MD, currently serves as Center Medical Director at Concentra Urgent Care since January 2023 and has been a Staff and Attending Physician at Fellowship Hall, specializing in Addiction Medicine, since February 2017. Previous positions include Lead and Staff Physician at Eleanor Health from October 2021 to February 2023, as well as multiple roles in locum tenens and attending physician capacities at Wootencare, LLC, The Carter Clinic, and Duke Student Health. Candra Wooten completed a Family Medicine Residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania and a medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. Throughout various roles, Candra Wooten has focused on improving treatment consistency and compliance in addiction treatment while providing comprehensive care in family medicine.

About Fellowship Hall Fellowship Hall is a 99-bed, private, not-for-profit alcohol and drug treatment center located on 120 bucolic acres in Greensboro, NC. We provide treatment and evidenced-based programs based on abstinence and the Twelve Step model of recovery. We have been accredited by The Joint Commission since 1974 as a specialty hospital and are a member of the National Association of Addiction Providers.
