Elizabeth Lugo

Elizabeth Lugo currently serves as the Director of FOCUS Missions at FOCUS Catholic since January 2020, and has held the role of Senior Manager of Operations within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Missionary with The Fellowship of Catholic University Students and as a Missions Specialist at FOCUS Missions from June 2017 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Elizabeth worked as a Human Resources Manager at Robinson Calf Ranch from January 2010 to July 2015. Elizabeth holds an AA Degree in Political Science and Government from Bakersfield College and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley.
