Natalie Dickens

Natalie Dickens is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience as a co-founder and Managing Director of multiple companies. Since February 2019, Natalie has served as co-founder of Music For Headphones. From June 2003, Natalie has been co-founder and Managing Director of Felt Music, an independent creative music production company based in Soho, London, overseeing its daily operations globally. Additionally, Natalie co-founded FELT LICENSING LIMITED in January 2003 and held the position of A&R at Island Records from 2001 to 2003, working alongside notable industry figures such as Darcus Beese and Dave Gilmour. Early career experience includes a role as Commercials Producer at Air Edel from 1992 to 2000. Educational qualifications include studies at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, and Croydon High School.
