Garry Dods

Garry Dods is the Founder and Managing Director of WeAreFearless, a sports, esports, and entertainment agency established in February 2015, focused on innovative brand strategies leveraging psychology and creativity. Prior to this, Garry held the position of co Managing Director at Octagon UK from January 2013 to November 2014, overseeing UK and Brussels operations with a focus on creative, digital, and content-driven client solutions. In earlier roles, Garry served as General Manager of Marketing at Octagon Australia from May 2010 to December 2012, significantly growing the marketing business, and as Vice President at Octagon UK from 2000 to 2010, specializing in sponsorship and branded content. Garry's career began at Mars as a Brand Manager from 1995 to 2000, managing campaigns for notable brands, and included a role as a Retail Manager at Marks & Spencer. Garry holds a BA HONS degree in Business Administration, Marketing & French from Loughborough University.
