Leslie York

Leslie York is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with extensive experience across various healthcare settings, currently employed at Feltz Therapy Services, LLC since April 2022. Prior roles include positions at Morningside at Belmont, Bethany Nursing & Rehab Center, and Creekside Center for Health and Rehabilitation, where Leslie actively collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
