Paul Reinert

Paul Reinert currently serves as the Manager of Operations at FEMA Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Bunting Bearings, LLC, including Vice President of Manufacturing and General Manager of Powder Metal Operations, where responsibilities included implementing safety, quality, delivery, customer service, and cost structures. Earlier in their career, Paul worked at American Showa as both the Receiving Manager and Production Manager, focusing on procurement, customer service, and continuous improvement in production processes. Paul has also served as Quality Manager at FormTech Industries LLC, where efforts were directed toward reducing cost of poor quality, and as Operations Manager at GKN Sinter Metals. Paul Reinert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from American Intercontinental University and a certificate in Metallurgy/Powder Metal from Hennepin Technical College.
