Mariesa Lee Ricks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business strategy. Currently a member of The Female Founder Collective, Mariesa has held significant leadership roles at Spring Studios, including Vice President of Operations and Business Strategy, Senior Director of Operations & Business Strategy, and Director of Engagement and Partnerships. Additionally, Mariesa serves as a Strategic Advisor to the CEO at NOOAR. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Associate in the Investment Management Division at Goldman Sachs and consultancy at Endeavour Partners. Mariesa holds a Master's degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences from Harvard University and has studied at Harvard Business School.
