Bani Wicaksono

Bani Wicaksono has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Head of People Operations at Female Daily Network, where they joined in August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Black Garlic (Indonesia), a meal kit delivery service, from June 2015 to August 2017. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Supervisor at PT Klik Eat Indonesia, a subsidiary of Yume No Machi Suzou Linkai Co Ltd, from December 2014 to May 2015. Bani's early career began in 2011 as a Recruitment & Training Officer at Pertamina Retail. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting and training new employees for SPBU locations all around Indonesia, as well as assessing and developing training needs, monitoring program effectiveness, and recommending specific training programs to improve employee skills.

Bani Wicaksono obtained a Sarjana Psikologi degree in Psychology from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' from 2006 to 2010.
