Putri Mahardika Damayanti has work experience in the field of sales and account management. Putri Mahardika started their career as an Account Executive at Jawa Pos Multimedia in December 2016, where they worked until February 2018. Putri Mahardika then joined Female Daily Network as an Account Executive in March 2018 before being promoted to Sales Group Executive in September 2019, a position they currently hold.

Putri Mahardika Damayanti pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from 2011 to 2015 at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM).
