Michael James Porter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the performing arts and project management. Currently serving as a Box Office Assistant at LW Theatres since November 2021, Michael also founded the charity "You're Simply the Best" and initiated the #JusticeForJean campaign following a personal tragedy. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at Briden Underpinning & Piling Limited, where management of insurance claims was a key focus, and Personal Assistant to the Director at RightbuildUK.com Ltd. Michael's performing arts background includes roles as a Dancer/Singer with The Wonderful Westend Group, as well as leading performances in productions such as "Dirty Dancing" and "Mamma Mia." An education in Musical Theatre, with diplomas from Expressions Academy of Performing Arts and HND from Motherwell College, complements a rich career dedicated to both the arts and community service.
