Noa Mozes is an experienced professional currently serving as Head of Innovation at Femi since July 2025 and as an Investor at BioEye since November 2020. Previously, Noa held the position of Chief Digital and Innovation Officer at Tel Aviv Medical Center from December 2019 to June 2025, and worked as an Assistant Lecturer at IDC Herzliya from December 2018 to November 2022. Consulting roles include positions at X-trodes and serving as a digital advisor to the Head of Israel’s COVID-19 task force. With a background in fintech as Head of Fintech at Bank Hapoalim, Noa also contributed to entrepreneurship through the group Entrepreneurship- Sport Watchers. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel, an MBA in Financial Engineering and Banking from The Hebrew University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The College of Management.
