Jarosław Olejarz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jarosław is currently the Founder & CEO of FEMION Technology S.A. and the Chief Executive Officer of TryPay S.A. In 2014, they worked as an Attorney At Law at J&K Legal J.Olejarz i Wspólnicy sp.k. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Vibil Sp. z o.o. In 2015, they also served as a Member Of The Supervisory Board at Deviniti. Jarosław founded SerwisPrawa in 2007 and held the position of Founder until 2015. Additionally, they have experience as a Member Of The Supervisory Board at Profeskasa S.A. and SMS Kredyt. Jarosław served as the Head Of Legal Department at GK Farmacol and later became the company's Chief Executive Officer. Jarosław was also a Member Of The Management Board at AZ ASSET S.A.

Jarosław Olejarz began their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Law from the University of Silesia in Katowice from 1995 to 2000. Jarosław then went on to pursue a post-graduate degree in Banking from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowości i Finansów w Katowicach from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, Jarosław Olejarz started their doctoral studies at the University of Silesia in Katowice and completed their PhD in Law in 2007. Jarosław further enhanced their education by obtaining a post-graduate degree in Controlling and Company Financial Management from WSB University from 2006 to 2007.

Continuing to expand their knowledge, Jarosław Olejarz pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE, which they completed from 2016 to 2018.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jarosław Olejarz has also obtained certifications in the field. In 2011, they became a registered legal advisor (Radca prawny) from Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Katowicach. Furthermore, in 2013, they obtained certification as an Internal Auditor in ISO 27001 from TUV NORD.
