Alena Tilpová

Alena Tilpová currently serves as a coach, lecturer, and consultant for CliftonStrengths at Cloud 9 Institute since December 2022, where Alena helps individuals understand their potential and natural talents through structured assessments. In addition to this role, Alena has been a mentor at Femme Palette since October 2021, focusing on supporting technical individuals with non-technical challenges and leadership development. Prior experience includes positions as HR & People Care Lead and Employee Experience Specialist at DataSentics, where Alena focused on communication challenges and employee development, as well as serving as HR Business Partner for the IT department at Currys CoE and Head of Recruitment at Pixmania. Alena holds a Master's degree in Business Economics and Management from Brno University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Mendel University in Brno.
