Neil Wilson

Neil Wilson has extensive experience in project management and operational excellence, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at James Fisher Fendercare since February 2008. In this role, Neil oversees major ship-to-ship (STS) projects and fendering services, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and client requirements. Prior positions at James Fisher Fendercare include STS Operational Excellence Manager, Regional Manager, and Project Operations Manager, where responsibilities ranged from maintaining operational standards and managing profit and loss for regions to coordinating global project operations and liaising with key stakeholders. Prior to this, Neil held roles in sales, logistics coordination, and logistics supervision, including a position in the Royal Air Force, where expertise in logistics and operations was developed.
