Caterina Bassetti

Caterina Bassetti is a professional with extensive experience in talent and organization development, currently serving as the WW Talent & Organization Development Coordinator at Fendi since November 2016. In this role, Caterina manages various functions including performance reviews, talent development, and global mobility. Prior to this, Caterina held the position of Budget, Reporting & HRIS Specialist at Fendi, overseeing HRIS management and budget consolidation. Previous experience includes serving as an International Officer/PhD/Temp Researcher at the University of Rome "La Sapienza," where Caterina fostered international relations and organized academic events. Additionally, Caterina has worked in recruitment and communication roles, demonstrating a strong background in human resources and project management.
