Federica Elisa Macinante has over a decade of experience in product development and supply chain management, currently serving as Product Development Director for Shoes at Fendi since December 2011, overseeing various aspects of women's, men's, and children's footwear. Previous roles at Fendi include Product Development & Prototyping Manager, Product Development Manager for Women's Shoes, and Customer Quality Assurance Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed quality control and aftersales management. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Altran as a Supply Chain Consultant, focusing on healthcare and aerospace sectors, with initial involvement in supply chain optimization during an internship. Federica holds a Master's degree in Industrial Management Engineering and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
