Laura Scarabotti

Laura Scarabotti, PhD, currently serves as the Worldwide Demand & Distribution Planning Manager at Fendi, overseeing demand and distribution for the Man categories and Kids, Watches, and Sunglasses lines since June 2013. Previously, Laura worked as an Omnichannel Distribution Project Leader and Supply Chain Optimizer within the Operations Management Team, where notable projects included customer profiling for an Italian fashion firm and business process optimization for various sectors, including logistics and insurance. Laura also contributed to academia as a Research Assistant in the Operations & Supply Chain Management Research Group at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata," where participation in significant research projects on supply chain management in Italy and China occurred, alongside teaching responsibilities in related courses. Laura holds a PhD, MBA, MSc, and Bachelor's degree from the same institution, specializing in Engineering and Industrial Management.
