Kimberly McLeod

Kimberly Mcleod, M. Ed, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Fengate Asset Management, focusing on integrating qualitative research with data to enhance strategic initiatives and develop business cases for learning programming. With previous experience as a Learning Consultant at Georgian, Kimberly advised on strategic project plans for learning platforms and established sustainable learning methodologies. As an Education Advisor at the University Health Network, Kimberly defined comprehensive education frameworks and collaborated with leadership to address curriculum design challenges. Past roles include Manager of Learning Experience at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, where Kimberly led Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, and various impactful positions in training and development across organizations such as The Hospital for Sick Children and dentalcorp Canada. Kimberly holds a Master of Education degree from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and is furthering education at the Harvard Kennedy School.
