Fengate
Zach is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing real estate investments across all asset classes on behalf of Fengate’s real estate funds.
Prior to joining Fengate, Zach worked in the real estate investments group at CPP Investments where he completed over $10 billion in investment transactions in Canada and the US and oversaw the asset management of a residential, office and retail property portfolio.
Before CPP, Zach worked in investment banking and property brokerage at Brookfield Financial, focused on M&A, financing and investment sales transactions in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Zach holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
