Tess Bawa-an

Tess Bawa-an has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Junior Talent Partner at Universal Artists Management until 2015. During this time, they also took on the role of a Strategy Consultant. From 2012 to 2014, Tess was a Business Owner at Dunnrite Marketing Inc. In 2011, they joined Globalfaces Direct as a Sales Manager and went on to hold multiple roles such as Recruitment Specialist, HR Manager, Operations Manager, and Sales Enablement. Tess was also employed at Self employed as a Real Estate Investor starting in 2016. Most recently, they worked as a Creative Director at HaloWear Clothing Company before joining Fenix Family in 2022 as a Business Operations professional.

Tess Bawa-an's education history begins in 2007 when they attended the University of Alberta. During this time, they pursued a field of study in Biology, General, although no degree was specified. In 2008, they continued their education at Vancouver Film School, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Visual and Performing Arts.

In addition to their formal education, Tess has also obtained various certifications. In June 2021, they became a certified Professional Life Coach through the Transformation Academy. Following that, in 2022, they earned several certifications through LinkedIn, including Adaptive Project Leadership, Becoming an Agile Coach, Conducting Motivational 1-on-1 Reviews, Enterprise Agile: Changing Your Culture, Performance-Based Hiring, Social Media Monitoring: Strategies and Skills, Strategic Planning Foundations, Strategic Thinking, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers. Finally, in January 2022, they completed the certification titled Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters, also through LinkedIn.
