Wendy Otter

Wendy Otter has extensive experience in transport development and policy, currently serving as the Transport Development Manager at Fenland District Council since December 2006. Prior to this role, Wendy worked as a Senior Transport Officer at City of Lincoln Council, where significant contributions were made to transport policy and strategy, including the Lincoln Area Transport Strategy in collaboration with multiple councils. Earlier experience includes a position as Transport Officer at The Countryside Agency, leading initiatives on walking, cycling, and rural traffic calming while overseeing national programs for rural car clubs and Quiet Lanes. Wendy holds a BA (Hons) in Countryside Planning with Environmental Policy from the University of Gloucestershire and completed education at North Lincolnshire College and Yarborough High School.
