Simon Chambers

Simon Chambers is a seasoned Category Manager with extensive experience in leading category management functions across multiple well-known companies in the food and retail sectors. Currently at Fenmarc Produce since May 2022, Simon has established a data-driven category and insights function and manages the own label category management for several major retailers including ALDI and TESCO. Prior roles include Category Manager at Greencore, SK Chilled Foods, and ichiban UK Ltd, where Simon focused on category insights and management for a variety of retail partners. Simon's earlier career includes roles at Bradgate Bakery and Bakkavor, where significant contributions led to growth in product categories. Simon began the career at ASDA Wal-Mart as an Assistant Buyer. Educational background includes attendance at Toothill Comprehensive School.
