Mike’s career in the food industry spans an impressive 40+ years. Having worked for large companies including Arnotts, Berri and Gourmet Garden, Mike’s experience in quality assurance is second to none. With a strong understanding of maintaining QA Systems, analysis of QA data, implementing and maintaining HACCP, SQF and other systems as well as writing and maintaining QA policies and procedures, Mike has been instrumental in Fenn Foods’ gaining key external certifications. With his commitment to championing continuous improvement, Mike will remain a key force in the Fenn foods team as their production continues to grow.
