Todd DeMarb

Todd DeMarb has extensive experience in market access and commercial supply roles. Todd currently holds the position of VP Market Access and Commercial Supply at Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Director of Payer Engagement at Orphazyme US from 2020 to 2021.

From 2019 to 2020, Todd served as the Vice President of Market Access at Iterum Therapeutics plc. In this role, they led the planning and strategy development for the Market Access organization, including managed markets, patient access services, trade/distribution, government price reporting/contract administration, and pricing/contract strategy. Todd also developed a payer access strategy for Phase 3 antibiotic sulopenem and designed a patient access service strategy.

Before their time at Iterum Therapeutics, Todd worked as the Vice President of Market Access at Melinta Therapeutics. From 2016 to 2018, they led the development of the Melinta Market Access organization, supporting the commercial launch of Baxdela and acquired brands. Todd successfully attained access to over 200 million commercial and Part D pharmacy benefit lives through deep payer relationships, resulting in immediate pull-through opportunities.

Prior to Melinta Therapeutics, Todd held various roles at MedImmune. Todd served as the National Director of Market Access and Reimbursement Division in 2015, leading the MedImmune Market Access and Reimbursement team during the integration process with AstraZeneca Managed Markets organization. Todd also had leadership roles in managed markets, trade distribution, and as the Associate Director of Managed Markets East.

Todd's career began at AstraZeneca in 1992, where they held regional sales director and national account manager roles in managed markets.
