James Lawrence

James Lawrence is a highly experienced corporate and M&A attorney at Fennemore Craig, P.C., specializing in structuring, negotiating, and closing private company acquisitions and divestitures, particularly within the private equity sector. With a diverse background across various industries, including manufacturing, technology, healthcare, insurance, commercial real estate, mining, and agri-business, James demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of complex transactions. Previously, James served as a Chena Hotshot with the Bureau of Land Management, leading a team of highly trained firefighters in addressing significant wildland fires across Interior Alaska and the western United States. James holds a Doctor of Law (JD), summa cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.
