Henri Schaffter

Henri Schaffter has a diverse work experience. Henri started their career as a Summer Trainee at Vacon Plc in 2012. Henri later worked as a Purchaser Trainee at Patria Land Services Oy, where they were responsible for purchasing spare and upgrade parts for Patria vehicles. In 2014, they joined ABB Oy, Power Grids as a Project Procurement & SCM professional. Henri then moved on to work at Meltwater as a Sales & Growth Executive for a brief period in 2017. Following that, they joined ABB as part of their Strategic Sourcing, Trading & Operational Purchasing team. From 2018 onwards, they worked at Fennia, where they held several roles including Development Manager, Head of Partnerships (Motor), and Development and Partnerships Manager for Motor Insurance and Claims. Henri was responsible for managing partnerships and procurement related to Fennia motor insurances and claims, as well as the development and management of vehicle insurance services provided in cooperation with their partners. Henri also managed outsourced service centers, car body repairs, glass services, car rentals, roadside assistance, and cybersecurity partnerships. Prior to their corporate roles, Henri worked at the City of Vaasa, first as a Museum Assistant and later as a Customer Service Manager & Museum Technician.

Henri Schaffter attended the University of Vaasa from 2011 to 2020, where they completed a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Henri earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science during their time at the university.
