Fransas Matti

Fransas Matti is an experienced technical leader currently serving as Tekninen johtaja FI at Lantmännen since March 2023 and Technical Manager at Lantmännen Cerealia since July 2018. Fransas has held various engineering and managerial roles, including Maintenance Engineer at Fennovoima since June 2016, and Mill Service Manager at Kotkan Energia Oy from January 2008 to October 2015, overseeing plant maintenance, budgeting, and project coordination. Previous experience includes project management and maintenance management positions at Stora Enso from 1994 to 2007, along with start-up engineering at Sachsen Papier Eilenburg GmbH. Fransas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Imatra Institute of Technology and has completed management and leadership education at Stora Enso Ltd Industrial Institute and LUT University.
