FENWAY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER INC
Alicia Anderson is the Director of Quality Improvement at Fenway Health. She oversees the quality and risk management functions of the organization, and ensures ongoing compliance with accrediting and recognition bodies including The Joint Commission and the National Center for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Under her direction, Fenway has achieved Patient Centered Medical Home recognition and is recognized by HRSA as a National Quality Leader among health centers. Prior to coming to Fenway in 2007, Anderson served as Program Analyst at the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY and worked with HIV/AIDS case management organizations on quality improvement.
