Brit Proctor

Brit Proctor has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brit started their career as an Area Sales Manager at Dillard's in 2007, where they worked until 2009. In 2011, they joined Pinnacle Technical Resources as a Technical Recruiter and stayed there until 2012. From 2012 onwards, Brit joined Fenway Group, where they held several positions including Talent Acquisition, Operations Manager, Engagement Manager/Scrum Master, and Director of Operations. In January 2019, they became the Senior Director of Product and Process at Fenway Group.

Brit Proctor completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology from the University of Oklahoma in 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they attended Texas Tech University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management. In 2017, Brit obtained two additional certifications: Professional Scrum Developer from Scrum.org and Professional Scrum Master, also from Scrum.org.
