Christopher Trepel

Christopher Trepel, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief Data Scientist at FS Vector, a consultancy specializing in compliance and business advisory for fintech and financial services. With extensive experience in data science and analytics, Christopher has held significant positions including Senior Vice President of Data Science at MX, Chief Data Scientist at Lowell, and Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Encore Capital Group. Christopher contributed to founding a research institute focused on consumer credit and has held leadership roles at various organizations, including Wells Fargo and McKinsey & Company. Academically, Christopher earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology / Neuroscience from McMaster University, along with postdoctoral fellowships in Behavioral Economics from UCLA Anderson School of Management and Neurophysiology from the University of California, San Francisco.
