Jordan Roberts

Jordan Roberts is a Partner at Fenwick & West, having advanced from Associate after joining in October 2013. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Associate at Fenwick & West, where incorporation and venture capital transaction documents were drafted, as well as due diligence for buy-side M&A deals. Jordan's legal training began at Harvard Law School from 2010 to 2013, culminating in a JD. Additional internships involved legal roles at the National Institutes of Health and The Critical Path Institute, focusing on technology transfer and consortium agreements, respectively. Early career experiences included market research and business analysis roles in various organizations. Jordan holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, with concentrations in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology, International Business, Chinese, and Finance.
