In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Associate Project Manager, showcasing their ability to take on more responsibilities and manage projects effectively. Following their time at H&H Group, Hannah joined Fera Pet Organics in 2022 as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed and executed various projects. Hannah then progressed to become the Product Development Manager, where they played a key role in developing and launching new products. Currently, in 2023, they hold the position of Director of Innovation and Sustainability at Fera Pet Organics, demonstrating their strong leadership skills and strategic approach in driving innovation and sustainability initiatives within the company.
