Phil Northing

Phil Northing has extensive experience in the field of entomology and plant protection, having held various leadership roles in organizations such as Fera Science Ltd. and Central Science Laboratory. With a background in Biological Computation and Ecology, Phil has managed teams focusing on agro-ecology, crop management, and applied entomology. Phil's work also includes project management, software development, and the creation of decision support systems for agricultural pests and diseases. Currently, Phil serves as the Head of Plant Protection Programme and Acting Director of Operations at Fera Science Ltd. ensuring the sustainability of science capabilities and overseeing operational performance and projects.
