James Wells

James Wells is an experienced professional in revenue operations and customer management with a diverse background across multiple companies. Currently serving as Revenue Operations Lead at Fergus since May 2025, James previously held various roles at Lightspeed Commerce from July 2021 to May 2025, including GTM Process Transformation Manager and Global Customer Operations Manager.
