Dan Bitting

Dan Bitting is a Shareholder in commercial litigation at Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC since September 2023. Prior to that, Dan was a Partner at Scott Douglass & McConnico for over 30 years, specializing in civil litigation with a focus on business disputes, professional malpractice, securities litigation, and oil and gas matters. Dan's practice includes trial and appellate work as well as alternative dispute resolution procedures. Dan started their legal career as an Associate at Scott, Douglass & McConnico and holds a JD with high honors from The University of Texas School of Law and a BA, Summa Cum Laude, in English from Texas A&M University.
