Jim Ferguson started their work experience in 1986 as the President of Ferguson Pape Baldwin Architects. In the same year, they also worked as a Principal at McGraw Baldwin Architects. Jim held this position until August 2006.
Jim Ferguson attended LaCrosse Central High School from 1975 to 1980. Jim then pursued their Bachelor of Architecture degree with a specialization in Passive Solar Design at North Dakota State University from 1980 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, Jim Ferguson holds several certifications, including being a LEED AP. Jim is also a Licensed Architect in multiple states, namely California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Florida, as granted by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs.
