Janice Fergusson

Janice Fergusson Nisbet, the Principal of Fergusson Law, took her law degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh and qualified as a solicitor with an eminent Edinburgh law firm. She spent many years as a Private Client Solicitor with the same law firm.

Janice has qualifications from the Association of Taxation Technicians in personal taxation, business taxation, accountancy, and the taxation of trusts and estates.
