Kim Kalkhoven

Kim Kalkhoven has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as a Senior HR-adviseur at Ferm Werk since October 2009, also taking on roles as a Detacheringsconsulent, Jobcoach, Trainer, Accountmanager, and Jobhunter. Previous positions include Stafmedewerker Personeel at Autec-VLT Automotive Equipment, Mobiliteitsadviseur/projectleider at USG Restart, and Vestigingsmanager at Start People. Kim has contributed as a Trainster for cursus herintreders at Instituut Boelkes and as a Gastdocent for the HRM opleiding at Hogeschool Utrecht. Early career experience includes a role as Fieldmanager/P&O at KPN Telecom. Kim holds an HBO degree in Personeel en Organisatie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and has completed a workshop on Social Media.
