Derek van der Kleij

Derek van der Kleij is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior HR-Adviseur and Coördinator Werving & Selectie at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken since October 2018. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter at Hornbach Bouwmarkt from April 2014 to September 2018, and served as a Sr. Recruiter and Account verantwoordelijke at Axis Jobs from March 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, Derek worked as a Senior Recruiter and Coordinator at Start People from September 2008 to February 2013. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Touristic Management from HBO University, completed in 2008, and is currently pursuing further education at NTI.
