Tom Bylund

Tom Bylund possesses extensive experience in project management and estimation within the construction industry. Since 1990, Tom has served as a Project Manager and Estimator at Ferma Corporation, specializing in budget and final cost estimates, and project management for demolition projects. Prior to this role, Tom was the owner of T Bylund Associates from 1986 to 1990, and also worked as a Project Manager at Carl Holvick Construction Company from 1973 to 1986. Tom's career began as a Structural Designer at CH Wells Jr and Associates from 1970 to 1973. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
