Randy Ang

Randy Ang, P.Eng., PMP, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator at William Day Construction Limited, where expertise in securing high-value bids and managing infrastructure projects is evident. Previous roles include Production Supervisor IOS at Vale, where Randy directed resource optimization in multi-million-tonne production schedules, and Project Engineer at DMC Mining Services, delivering significant infrastructure projects on time and within budget. Notable achievements include enhancing project profit margins at REDPATH MINING through advanced reporting tools and developing cost simulation frameworks at Stantec. Earlier experience as a Project Coordinator at Technica Mining included implementing QA/QC processes and optimizing underground mining methods. Randy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering and is currently pursuing an MBA in Global Leadership from the University of Fredericton.
