Ally Irwin

Ally Irwin currently serves as Vice Chair of the Northern Ireland Off-Street Car Parking Consortium since July 2024 and holds the position of Off-Street Car Parking Officer at Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, a role commenced in October 2022. Previously, Ally worked as a Procurement Officer at NILGOSC from March to October 2022 and at Active Packaging Ltd from July 2021 to March 2022. Additional experience includes positions as a Buyer at AG Paving and Building Products and a Customer Service Executive at Design by Barlo. Ally also has a background in coaching football with the Irish Football Association and the Fisher Park Project, along with early roles in sales and veterinary assistance. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management from Ulster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education with Sport Studies QTS from Liverpool Hope University.
