Michelle Furey

Michelle Furey is an experienced educator with a strong background in Irish language instruction and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Soláthraí Seirbhísí Foghlama at MF Learning Seirbhísí Foghlama since August 2021, Michelle has also been an Irish Tutor for Fermanagh & Omagh District Council since September 2012, offering casual and intensive classes as well as online lessons. Previous roles include Irish Teacher at St Michael's College Enniskillen and Substitute Teacher with the Education Authority (Northern Ireland), along with a tenure as a Primary School Teacher at St Iberius National School. Michelle holds a Master of Education in Catholic Leadership in Schools from St Mary's University College, Queen's University Belfast, alongside a Bachelor of Education in Irish and a CPD in Covid-19 Mental Health and Wellbeing.
