Kim Anderson

Kim Anderson is the current Deputy Director of Planning at San Joaquin Council of Governments. Kim has been in this role since September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Advisor at Regional Government Services Authority from September 2019 to August 2021. Anderson has also held the position of Manager, Regional Transportation Plan, Data Center & Special Programs at San Joaquin Council of Governments from May 2007 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the Regional Transportation Plan / Sustainable Communities Strategy, as well as the Census Data Center / Regional Analyst and Regional Spotlight Publications. Anderson has also worked as a staff appraiser at American Savings Bank from January 1994 to January 1996.

Kim Anderson has a Master's in Public Administration from California State University, Stanislaus and a Bachelor's in Economics from the same school.
